Multi-family Residential and Commercial Building

For this mixed-use residential project, Twinmotion was integrated into the visualization pipeline to produce high-quality still images and a web-based immersive environment. The result was not simply a collection of rendered views, but an interactive platform through which stakeholders could understand spatial relationships, light, and landscape before construction. This level of immersion supported clearer communication, faster decision-making, and a more intuitive bridge between technical drawings and lived experience.

Twinmotion has emerged as a compelling alternative to tools such as V-Ray and Enscape, particularly when a project demands flexibility across software ecosystems. Its container-based workflow allows teams to move fluidly between SketchUp, Rhino, and Revit, while still developing scenes directly within Twinmotion when required. Geometry can be exported through Datasmith, preserving hierarchy and enabling element-level control over materials, entourage, and environmental effects.

A notable feature is Twinmotion’s cloud viewer, which allows a 3D walkthrough to be shared through a web link rather than specialized software. Clients can navigate the model on their own device—walking through a courtyard, entering a lobby, or testing views from upper floors. This expands visualization beyond the meeting room: decision-makers can explore the space at their own pace, return to it later, and communicate feedback with a clearer understanding of scale and intent.
